What are therapy and counselling?
My approach to therapy is both analytical and attentive to human experience. This allows you to pay attention to your present experience, identify patterns of behaviour and links with your past, so that you can begin to put the pieces of your life story together. For many, therapy is supportive, nurturing, fascinating, and empowering.I work with a wide range of issues offering individual sessions to help you understand and improve your relationship with yourself, whether you are facing daily challenges or deep struggles.I have extensive experience working with clients struggling with a range of difficulties, including stress, depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, panic attacks, disturbed sleeping patterns, bereavement, anger issues, obsessive-compulsive behaviours, relationship problems, difficult and painful thoughts and feelings, and issues around their own personal development and fulfilment.
